I would like to thank everyone who elected me as Assistant Business Agent. Since being elected I have been busy meeting with management and participating in arbitrations where I am representing member interests and concerns. My door is always open if you have a work related problem and I will continue to work hard to ensure everyone is treated fairly by management.

A year has passed since being elected as Treasurer of ATU Local 1300. I have enjoyed the experience and challenges associated with maintaining the finances of the organization. I have been with this organization for over 37 years and appreciate your confidence in my abilities and all of the support that I have received.

I would like to thank everyone who supported me and voted to make me Recording Secretary. I am committed to serving everyone to the best of my ability. If you have a work related problem or issue that needs to be resolved I am hear to help your or assist in identifying the person that can help you. I am also committed to making sure that Executive Board meetings and member meetings are well documented and available for members to access.
I also would like to ask every member to make a commitment as well. The commitment I am asking you for is to become more involved. You can get more involved by simply attending member’s union meetings and letting your voice be heard. I look forward to seeing everyone at the next union meeting.
