Charletta "Bubby" CarterEXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER Ms. Carter is a member of the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) Executive Board. She currently works at the Mobility Division on Mondays and Tuesdays and at the Heavy Rail at Wabash on Fridays and Saturdays. She also works at the Kirk Division on Sundays.
